Everyone is Called Beyond to Fellowship
About Called Beyond
Called Beyond is a programme designed to be meet the need for Christian
Education and fellowship of all members of our church community regardless
of age. Called Beyond replaced the former Sunday School programme with a
more intentional, integrated programme.
Purpose:
To build the Welland BIC church community through hospitality and
teaching ministries.
Programmes:
1. A Ministry and Fellowship Hour preceding the morning service that
includes:
- an extended fellowship time located in the foyer for those who need it and are not committed to ministry that morning
- a children’s teaching programme for children from JK to Grade 8 that integrates teaching and practical application
- a teaching programme for youth and adults to meet a range of needs such as
- discovering more about Christianity and the Brethren In Christ for people new to the church
- preparation for membership
- discipling of the committed
- the training and placing of people committed to service into various forms of ministry
2. A Fellowship Loonie Lunch once a month.
